General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. The online shop is operated by VintageAustriaShop Mag. Rainer Fiedler, Weißenbach 46, A-3852 Gastern.
2. Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with VintageAustriaShop. Further information about us can be found in the Legal Notice (Imprint).
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 The prices stated on the product pages do not include VAT, as these are second-hand items for which VAT was already paid at the time of original purchase (Differential Taxation/Small Business Status).
4.2 In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery is available worldwide.
5.2 Delivery time within Europe is approximately 2-7 business days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. Delivery times outside Europe can take up to 3 weeks.
5.3 After the goods have been handed over to the postal service (approx. 1-2 days after ordering), you will receive a tracking number from us to track the transport of your goods online.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment can be made by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, or credit card.
6.2 If you select the prepayment method, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
8.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

9. Warranty
9.1 Warranty is subject to statutory provisions. For used items, the statutory warranty period is 1 year. In the event of justified defects, either a free replacement or improvement will be made, for which a reasonable period of time must be granted. If replacement or improvement is not possible (excessive effort, unreasonable, delay, etc.), the buyer is entitled to a price reduction or, if the defect is not minor, cancellation of the contract (rescission).
9.2 We value your satisfaction. You can contact us at any time. We strive to process your request as quickly as possible.
10. Liability
10.1 We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us in the event of injury to life, limb, or health.
10.2 In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
10.3 In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
12. Final Provisions
12.1 Should individual provisions of the contract be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
12.2 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
