A turned copper candlestick from the late 19th or early 20th century – tranquil in its form, warm in its color.
The deep reddish-brown reveals the material: real copper, also recognizable by the areas where verdigris has accumulated over time. The classic baluster turn shape was widespread in Central Europe – in bourgeois homes, inns, and rural parsonages.

Eisenstadt. Where Haydn once played for princes and light streamed through high windows.
This candlestick bears the color of history – the deep reddish-brown of copper that has breathed for decades. A small dent on the edge of the base: not a flaw, but proof. It was used. Worn. Loved.
