A hand-hammered copper pot on three forged iron feet with a lily motif finish — the handle made of hand-forged iron, passed through twisted eyelet holders. The hammer marks inside and out prove its handcrafted origin; copper and wrought iron were joined by two different craftsmen. Typical of Central European rural craftsmanship from the late 19th to early 20th century, possibly older.

Material & Condition

Copper body, hand-hammered. Wrought iron feet and handle. Deep, genuine patina: copper-brown with dark green tones (verdigris) on the outside; hammered structure on the inside. Iron parts with age-appropriate surface rust — no structural damage. Copper body intact: no cracks, no holes. Not suitable for food contact or cooking. Price is for 1 piece.
