A pitcher full of summer light: This green vintage drinking set from Italy brings rich emerald green back to the table. A hand-blown carafe meets six heavy glasses with honeycomb relief – a warm, nostalgic ensemble for water, juice, wine, or summer lemonade.
All seven pieces bear the embossed origin "ITALY" on the bottom in the same lettering – meaning the carafe and glasses belong together and come from the same Italian glassworks. Based on the craftsmanship, it is likely Bormioli, but the Italian origin is confirmed. Characteristic features are the waisted curved glass shape with a flared base and the circumferential honeycomb relief, which refracts light into many small facets. The thick-walled carafe with an attached handle and a shaped pouring lip completes the set.
