An exquisite porcelain collector plate by Osiris Porcelain from 1991. Against a deep black ground, an Egyptian royal couple floats on a golden papyrus boat along the sacred Nile. Lapis blue, rich gold and turquoise bring the scene to life, framed by a border of hieroglyphs and sacred symbols.

On the back: hieroglyphic inscriptions, the maker's mark and a blue cartouche seal.
